Features

  • Designed for single sheet pressing operations. The machine is compact constructed for working at any location in a room for space saving.
  • Accommodates instant glue for high production rate. Ideal for both sampling and mass production requirements.
  • Pre-pressing for single surface board is about 5 seconds, and about 15 ~ 60 seconds for top pressing. Pre-pressing for double surface board is about 5 seconds, and about 90 ~ 120 seconds for top pressing.
  • Easy to operate without special operation training is required.
  • The machine is based on vacuum pressing system, its vacuum status will be over than 10 Torr.
  • It capable of reducing the pressure for pressing process. To eliminate the finished product with curved problem after pressing process.
  • To add the operation life of auxiliary material effectively.
  • To reduce the imprint problem effectively.
