Features

  • The steel frame body of press machine as per computer precise structure calculation and deformed analysis due to outer force, steel frame made by high strength steel platen. After welding finished, the inner stress of steel platen has been eliminated completely. To ensure machine with long-term precision.
  • Heat platen manufactured by various precise processes, after effected grinding process, parallelism & plainness of single heat platen is within ±0.015 mm. The temperature tolerance is within ±1.5°C.
  • Piston made by FCMW material and after through precise grinding, hardness meets HRC 50° ~ 55° which is wear-resisted and will not leak oil. The oil seal based on common specification which is popular in all over the world, easy for maintain and repair.
